You can click go live on your manu and after that you can choose to either use the meet cam or web cam to live stream your videos.
To live stream with you stream key and url via obs, you have to copy your stream key and url to obs and then save it before you go live.
If you want your live stream to be public, it's required that you list your stream public and create a title as well as a discription before you go live.
